Physical Activity Affects Sleep Quality

A new research shows that you can have a better sleep and be more alert during the day if you have an exercise for at least 150 minutes a week. In this research, people find that 150minutes of moderate or vigorous exercise per week can improve the sleep quality by 65%. People also feel less sleepy during the day than those with less physical activity.

Brad Cardinal said that they will use the physical activity to treat cardiovascular disease. The results show that it has a spillover effect to other diseases. Regular physical activity may be used as a non-pharmaceutical method of improving sleep.
