什么是瞬间凉感? 用手握一杯冰水,刚拿的瞬间一定会有冰凉的感觉,触摸凉感面料就好像用手握冰水,接触瞬间即会有凉爽感,随著时间经过,冰块融化,手温会与水温达到热平衡,凉爽的感觉就不明显了。接触凉感面料即是藉由热传导将温度由高温处传导到低温处,达到降温的目的。 面料要达到迅速导热降温有许多种方式,目前较常见的作法是将矿石研磨成极细的粉末添加在原料中,再经由抽丝及织布,利用矿石粉比热小的特性,将体温传导至布料,以达凉爽感。(热传导的快慢跟那些因素有关?) 矿石粉添加的愈多,热传导效果愈好,但如果添加太多,不仅抽丝不易且面料将会变重,所以矿石粉不可能无上限的添加,为达到导热快且舒适的目的,也可能会辅以改变纤维形状或改变布料织法等,来增进穿著时的凉爽程度。 Spring Smartkool® Extra Cooling Collection 什么是Q-max值? 目前国家标准中并没有对所谓的凉感衣物订定相关规定,业界通常是以机能性暨产业用纺织品认证与验证评议委员会订定的「织物瞬间凉感验证规范」,测试具瞬间凉感纺织品的瞬间最大热流通过量(Q-max),Q-max的单位是W/cm2(W:瓦特,cm2:平方公分),Q-max值愈大表示瞬间凉感愈明显。 市面上的凉感面料原理 目前市售凉爽衣所列纤维成份诸如:粘液(Viscose)或铜氨(Cupra)嫘萦(Rayon)纤维、聚酯纤维……等都是人造纤维,皆无自行冷却效果;市面常见的凉感衣设计原理有:1.化纤抽纱时,添加矿石或玉石粉末;2.织物亲水化改质或加工(亲水剂处理、混织再生纤维素嫘萦纤维或竹碳纤维);3. 织物採立体织法;4.经抗紫外线加工,遮蔽阳光;5.利用石蜡微胶囊吸热(製作费事且效果有限,市场少有)……等等 Spring Hometextile公司的凉感面料Q-max值对比 (数据来源:Intertek实验室检测报告 2016-9)
