Every cover goes through four checks before packing — fabric, sewing, size and finish — so the batch you receive matches the sample you approved.

Buyers who have been burned by supplier samples that look great but arrive loose, pilled or mis-sewn ask us the same question: how do you keep quality consistent from sample to bulk? We walk them through the line.
The four checks we run on every batch
- Fabric inspection
When the knit fabric rolls off the machine, we check for even color, clean pattern, no visible holes, and no loose threads before cutting starts. A bad roll stops the line rather than becoming a finished cover.
- Stitching check
Each cover passes under the needle machine with a straight, even seam. We look for skipped stitches, loose thread ends, and corners that are sewn cleanly rather than bunched.
- Size and zipper check
We measure random pieces against the approved size sheet. The zipper is pulled open and closed several times to make sure it runs smooth and lies flat inside the edge.
- Final finish before packing
Each cover is folded, steamed lightly if needed, and checked one last time for stains, pattern alignment and clean edges before it goes into the poly bag.
What this means for your order
- The sample you approve is the standard for the whole run.
- Random inspection on bulk catches size or stitching issues early, before shipping.
- If a piece fails a check, it is set aside, not folded into the batch.
Quality is not a promise we make on a sales call — it is the list of steps before the box closes.
