Because the big size of duvets, we recommend using a professional laundering service at your local dry cleaner. Their large capacity washing machines and dryers are best suited to the size of this product. If you do choose to wash your duvet at home it is essential that you do not overload your washing machine and that it is 100% dry before using to avoid clumping or ruining the filling. Your cotton/polyester duvet can also be washed in your machine on a cool, gentle cycle. Use a small amount of liquid detergent taking care that you do not use any bleach or whitening agent. Tumble dry on a cool setting. Before the duvet is completely dry take it out of the dryer and hang to complete the drying process. Make sure you turn it over so that both sides dry properly. A good tip is to weigh your duvet pre-wash and post-drying, if it weighs the same it should be reliably dry. To keep your duvet in tip top condition, we would recommend washing every 6-12 months. A good habit to form is to wash your duvet when switching for a new season. Always store duvets freshly cleaned in a breathable bag.

If your duvet is a feather and down fill or a polyester fiber fill duvet, give it a good shake, this will give the filling a chance to redistribute throughout the duvet and help its recovery. Pull back the covers allowing your bed to air, letting the fibres breathe and letting moisture evaporate. We recommend that you always use a duvet protector to protect from accidental spills and stains. Washing your protector frequently helps to maintain a clean and fresh duvet.

To find out more about bedding products and polyester/cotton duvet manufacturer imformation, please visit our official blog: www.springtextile.com/blogs or Spring Hometextile website:http://www.springtextile.com.If you are a importer or wholesaler, please contact to get a quick feedback at: springhome@springtextile.com or sales6@bed-ecor.com.

A duvet, also commonly referred to as a comforter, is a big, comfortable, fluffy blanket for your bed.If you have a duvet, it seems you don’t need any additional blankets.
