Establish a Consistent Bedtime<\/p>\n<p>If there\u2019s one thing you can do to improve your sleep, it\u2019s waking up at the same time every single day, even on the weekends. By <a href=\"https:\/\/www.springtextile.com\/\">doing this<\/a>, you\u2019re training your body to be ready to sleep and wake up at your ideal times. By keeping a consistent bedtime, you\u2019ve trained your brain to produce melatonin at a certain time, helping you fall asleep.<\/p>\n<p>2. Examine Potential Pain Points<\/p>\n<p>Do you find yourself waking up with a sore neck or shoulder pain? If your head is not getting enough support at night, it will send pain signals to your brain, which impede your ability to enter deep sleep. You only need 15 minutes in the sun for your body to produce Vitamin D. In addition to light exposure, you can get your Vitamin D through foods such as fatty fish, egg yolks and fortified foods like dairy or juice.<\/p>\n<p>5.
