Also, two percent\u00a0less\u00a0shoppers claims that their holiday purchases are impact by economy.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Shoppers are more willing to spend during holiday time this year&#8221;, said Marshal Cohen, analyst officer of NPD. &#8220;However, the amount of money they spend will hugely decided on their perception on brand marketing appearance, including product packaging or promotion.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>On the upside, one in five of consumers have stared their holiday buying ready. Nealy fourty percent of consumers plan to do online shopping, this is 5 percent higher than those in 2015 and 9 percent higher than 2014.
