The proposal will become a key driver of circular-economy solutions in the textile industry. Lenzing is the first manufacturer who offer such cellulose fibers combining with recycled materials.<\/p>\n<p>Due to its eco-friendly production, the EU award has been granted to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lenzing-fibers.com\">TENCEL<\/a>. The key advantage is the raw material of wood which is obtained from sustainable forestry. The recycling of cotton waste fabrics and the most sustainable TENCEL technology are used for the new TENCEL fiber. The recycling of cotton waste fabrics provides a practical solution for the circular economy in the apparel industry.<\/p>\n<p>Yarn or fabric manufacturers can not purchased the new TENCEL fiber directly. This is because the new fiber is exclusively supplied to leading retailers.
