Polyester pillows need to be replaced every one to two years. Choose a different fill if you require more support for your head and neck.<\/p>\n

Advantages:Relatively cheap, lightweight, good for those with allergies, easy to care for, easy to bend and scrunch to get required height, not noisy.<\/p>\n

Disadvantages: Flatten easily; no long life-span; usually just can offer medium support;<\/p>\n

Summary: Polyester pillows are the workhorse of the pillow world and are the most versatile; being a pretty good choice for most people and suited to many sleeping styles.<\/p>\n
